What is an indirect porcelain veneer?
A porcelain veneer is a thin ceramic covering for the visible surface of a tooth. “Indirect” means that the dental laboratory makes the veneer before the dentist bonds it to the tooth. At Crown Dental, this work takes place in our own laboratory using premium ceramic.
Before veneer treatment, your teeth, gums and bite need to be examined. Tooth decay and gum disease must be treated first. Teeth grinding requires individual assessment.

The preparation required can differ from tooth to tooth. At the consultation, we explain how much tooth structure can be preserved and what preparation is appropriate. We do not promise no-preparation treatment without examining your teeth.
